La Stella operates in the healthy food segment with a line of artisanal granolas and has recently entered the specialty coffee market.
This transition required a rebranding process capable of communicating both expertise in granolas and excellence in specialty coffees — while maintaining coherence within the umbrella brand.
The challenge was to create a visual language that conveys craftsmanship, superior quality, transparency in production, and a genuine connection to the origin of the ingredients — without limiting the brand’s potential for growth.
The new brand was designed to be distinctive and versatile, building an emotional connection with its audience while clearly expressing its competitive strengths.
Sophistication without ostentation, naturalness without excessive rusticity, and modernity without losing its artisanal essence were guiding principles throughout the design process.
La Stella means “The Star” in Italian. The signature-style logo — featuring the letter A shaped as a star, as if drawn by hand — was the starting point for the identity concept.
The chosen typeface, with its organic lines, was manually adjusted to integrate harmoniously with the star form, refining angles and maintaining fluidity.
The color palette, composed of natural tones and enhanced by a macro leaf texture, reinforces the artisanal and organic essence. The deep green, inspired by natural imagery, adds a touch of sophistication and balance to the brand.
