An intriguing headline (“Coming soon: the city’s least square meter.”), a suggestive slogan (“Just your way.”), and playful graphic pieces — featuring environments illustrated with dotted outlines and residents applied as sticker-style characters — came together to create a highly successful campaign in the real estate market.
